How can I place an order?

You can place an order by following a few simple steps.   

1. Find the products you want.  

2. Add the products to your shopping cart. 

3. Go to your shopping cart in the menu at the top right of the page.  

4. Click on “Complete order”, enter your details and then pay for your order.  

We  will arrange all the rest.   

How can I pay?

You can pay using iDeal , Bancontact and Sofort Banking. These payment methods are offered through the Multisafepay payment service.  

Where are the details of my orders?

You can check the details of orders by going to "My account” and selecting “Orders”.  

Can I change my order?

We can only change your order if it has not yet been submitted for shipment. In such cases, please contact our [email protected] as quickly as possible.  

I have received the wrong product.

Please contact our [email protected]. Then we can work with you to ensure that you will receive the correct article. You will then also get a shipping label, so that you can return the wrongly received product.  

How is software delivered?

You will receive software licenses by e-mail. You will first be asked to provide the serial number of your product, and then you will receive your license. This takes a maximum of 3 working days.  

What if you did not receive the e-mail? Please check your spam box before you contact us.   

Is my order successfully placed? I have not received confirmation.

You will automatically receive an order confirmation from us with every order. If you did not receive this mail, first check that it did not end up in your spam box. If you find that you have not received the e-mail yet, your order has not been received correctly or the e-mail address you provided is incorrect. You can place a new order. But if you have paid already, please send an e-mail to our orders team

Where is my back-order?

Have you ordered something that was not on stock? As soon as we have the product we will notify you by e-mail.

What can I do if I accidentally ordered an item several times?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our orders team, then we can ensure that the unwanted item or items is/are cancelled.

If your order has been shipped, you can return it or refuse it at the door.


When can I expect my order to arrive?

If we have all the products in stock for your order, it will be sent to you as soon as possible – almost every product ordered on working days before 15:00 can be shipped the same day. The delivery time you can expect for your package depends on which country it should go to and the size of your order.  

What are the delivery options?

Your package will always be sent by DHL.  

Picking up your order is not possible, unless you have made a prior arrangement

Can I choose when my order is delivered?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option yet.  

What is a "tracking code"?

A tracking code is a code which allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time. This way you know when to expect the delivery.

Where can I find the Track & Trace code for my order?

As soon as your order is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code for tracking your order.   

Please note: it can sometimes take a while before your Track & Trace code is active. This is because DHL only activates it when they have scanned the package at the sorting centre.  

My order is overdue, what can I do?

Sometimes we do not have a certain product in stock. Always check the stock indication on the product page to see how long the delivery time will be for the item you order. As soon as your order is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code for tracking your order. If you have any questions about your orders, you can contact our orders team or send a message through your account.  


How do I create an account?

Click on "My account" at the top right of the screen and go to "Create an account". Then follow the instructions.  

What should I do if I cannot log in anymore?

Always check first whether your e-mail address and password are correct. Did you forget your password? Click on the "Forgot password" button. If you still cannot log in after that, please contact us.

Click on “Log in” at the top of the page. Then click on "Forgot your password?" and enter your e-mail address. We will immediately send you an e-mail with a link to reset your password.  

Where can I find my account information?

You can find it after you've logged in under "My account" in the top right menu. You can find the information in the left menu under "Account information".

How can I change my data?

You can modify your personal data in "My account".

Which of my personal details are stored?

We only request information that is needed to complete the ordering process. We never save passwords.  

Do you share data with third parties?

We only share data that is needed to complete the ordering process with the delivery service.  

How can I delete my account?

We are very happy with you as a customer and we would like to keep that relationship. Do you really want to delete your account? If so, log in to "My account" and click "Delete account" at the bottom of the page.

Can I return my items?

If your order meets the return policy, you may return it to us free of charge within the trial period. You can find the return policy below.   


Return Policy

You have a reflection period of 14 days to cancel the agreement. And you can do so without having to provide a reason. That is your 'Right of Withdrawal'. The return term starts on the day you receive the item. You can return your order within the return term if: 


1. The article is complete.

2. The item is in the original packaging, insofar as possible*. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary for assessing whether you wish to keep the product. You may not use the product.

3. You cannot return the following items:

  • - Gift coupons and cards
  • - Software subscriptions/products if the seal was removed after delivery.

The purchaser is responsible for the return costs. 

* If any value reduction occurs because you have used the item in a different way than you would do in a shop, we may pass the depreciation costs onto you.

How do I send a return?

If you want to return your order, please follow the steps below:

2. Download your return label. 

3. Print your return label and put it in the package. 

4. Make sure the item is packed well and safely.

Can I cancel my return?

Of course, if you have not yet put the article in the post, you can always cancel the return.

If you do so, please inform our customer support team.  

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a return?

Yes, the shipping costs for returns are at your expense.  

How do I know if you have received my return?

We will send you an e-mail when we have received the shipment. This is usually within 5 working days after you sent it back.  

How quickly is a return processed?

We will pay your refund after we have processed your return shipment. We usually process returns within 5 days of receipt. We pay returns using the same payment method as you used to settle payment of your purchase. If you paid with a voucher, we do not pay out the value of the voucher. But you can get a new voucher for our Online store. 

We do it within 10 working days from receiving your return, at the latest. We will keep you informed by e-mail.   

Returning damaged items.

If the product is delivered in a damaged box, do not accept the package. If you have already accepted it, you have a maximum of 20 hours to inform Send your e-mail and if possible your photos to our orders team and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. 

Are items purchased on The Audio Specialists eligible for replacements?

On the return form you can indicate that you wish to receive a replacement product.

If the product is in stock, you will receive a replacement product.

If the product is no longer in stock, we will send your money back as soon as possible.

Can I have my product repaired by you?

Yes, this is possible for most products. If your repair does not fall within your warranty, you will of course be charged the costs. We will notify you of the cost in advance. Send your request to our orders team.  

What is the warranty period?

Warranty differs per product and per brand. The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer.   

You can always count on the manufacturer's warranty for the first year, but if you register your product on the website of its manufacturer, your warranty might even be extended to as much as 10 years!  

A maximum manufacturer's warranty of three years applies after registration to products from Bugera , Behringer , Auratone , TC Helicon and TC Electronic products.   

The warranty is always checked by an authorized contact person at the factory.  


Which products does your range comprise?

We only sell a hand-tailored list of products that have an honest price-quality ratio.

Where can I find more information about a product?

The brand's official website usually has every single detail available to you, such as user guides, deep technical specifications and flyers.

When will you get new stock?

As soon as the factory has sent new products to us we will have the information. Up until then we do not know yet. As soon as the delivery information is available we will update our webshop.
